I've learned and experienced a lot in my 25+ years in higher education and not-for-profit fundraising. I've also had the pleasure of learning from and working for some, who I consider, the best fundraising minds in the business including Bill Stepp from Alfred University, the late Linda Pettit from St. Lawrence University, Sister Georgette Lehmuth, President of the National Catholic Development Conference, and a host of experts from Warren Bennis to Jerry Panas to Penelope Burke.
Now I'm pleased to share the wisdom I have gathered over the years in the form of a weekly fundraising blog, "Gregoriously Speaking." In addition to new, original content, I will pull from the hundreds of articles and presentations I have given over the years, and introduce you to my fundraising friends and colleagues in the business so that you can keep sharp, learn new fundraising techniques, and aspire to "fly like and eagle and roar like a lion."
My first blog, entitled, "Want to Sharpen Your Fundraising Saw? Drive Uber!" will be published this week. I hope you enjoy it and please, share it with your friends and colleagues. Happy reading!
